1. Payment
Low and High season : Full Pre-payment must be paid 7 days in advance before Check in Date.
Peak Season : Full Pre-payment must be paid 14 days in advance before Check in Date.
2. Cancellation
Low Season : 1 night of accommodation fee apply for cancellation less than 7 days.
High Season : 50% charge all full price of accommodation fee apply for cancellation less than 14 days.
Peak Season : Non Refundable
3. Late Arrived and No-Show
Late arrived without any informs will charge as arrival as usual. Informed of late arrived or changed Check In date of the rest days will apply under the rule of cancellation policy.
No-show withour inform will be full of charge.
4. Early Check out
50% charge all the total cost of rest.
